Tusker Group pioneered the use of statistical sampling to simultaneously improve defensibility and reduce costs associated with document review. Additionally, Tusker Group was the first legal process outsourcing company to perform advanced document review and analysis (as defined by the 2008 Socha-Gelbmann survey), and publish client and case names regarding successful results and settlements (see Austin Business Journal: Tusker outsources to India; $25 an hour for an attorney).
