Tusker Group performed a relevancy, privilege and work-product review on a population of over five million pages. The case revolved around an alleged IP theft between two technology firms, and involved various levels of highly confidential information. The data was securely hosted on servers in the US and the team remotely logged into the secure repository to perform the intricate review. We were engaged from the inception of the case in an effort to proactively manage the results and helped coordinate effective e-discovery processing and repository selection.
