Mike Dolan has a successful track-record with over 20 years of building international operations during his tenure as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Toshiba and Emerson Electric, respectively. Mike is a seasoned litigation support executive with core expertise in developing offshore operations. Mr. Dolan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master (MS) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from the University of Michigan.

John Thickett is intimately involved with overall strategy implementation. John is an experienced executive with a successful track-record with over 15 years of building and growing service companies. Mr. Thickett has developed world-class domestic and international document review service operations. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK.

Dario Olivas is actively involved in overseeing the advanced document review operations. He is an expert and frequent speaker on offshore document review. Dario's legal experience has focused on international corporate and transactional disputes; both as an attorney working in international jurisdictions, and as a two-time U.S. Fulbright Scholar recipient focused on international business, legal and social issues. Dario holds a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, a Binational Business Certificate from the MBA program at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Texas State University. Mr. Olivas is an active member of the Texas Bar, Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Kathy Tremmel actively heads the objective review operations. She also oversees the project management and quality control teams. Ms. Tremmel has extensive experience in managing and supporting complex litigation matters. She works closely with clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions. Kathy holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Dartmouth College.
